I left the corporate world to pursue farming in 2025. The farm is named after our 200+ year old apple tree: a rare, centuries‑old French variety known as a Reinette Des Carmes -the only one of its kind in the US. Reinette Des Carmes translates to “Little Queen of the Carmes”.

I'm just getting started with flowers & vegetables while waiting on the first cloned saplings of our tree to be ready to sell. The farm stand will be open in June 2026!
